TONIC teams up with Luella!
Cool Brit Luella Bartley has designed a world-exclusive T-shirt collection for the new causes we have launched this season. With names like Stag, Scary Douglas, Pagan Sun, and Robin, each have been designed especially for TONIC! Made of a 70%/30% bamboo/cotton blend, the fabric does not harm thse environment and das been produced according to ethical practices. This is conscious style in the making - grab one!

Every TONIC product contributes to a chosen cause. We donate, on average, 40% of the revenue directly to that cause.
- How does TONIC pick its causes?

We are constantly looking for ways to help. We do this by researching, speaking to organizations from around the world and understanding where we can best make the biggest positive impact.
- How does TONIC pick its non-profit partners?

We are focusing our efforts to affect four key areas - the environment, education, poverty and social welfare.
Because no man is an island, we communicate directly with non-profit organisations to ensure we have a strong network of information. Our partners are leaders in their fields, with strong ethical standards and transparent modes of operation.
We are only concerned with getting results, so we only want to partner with individuals or organisations that are able to deliver and measure their success.
- How can TONIC give so much of the proceeds back to the causes?

The wonders of the world-wide-web allow for us to sell exclusively online and cut all the hindering costs of operating a retail store. We save money on Marketing because our causes do not need an extra sell. This means we can get on with putting our money where our mouths are and make things happen.
- Why is TONIC for-profit?

We have built our business model on the premise of doing the most amount of good in the shortest amount of time possible. We have designed a model that allows us to reach more people with our message and give back more to causes we are passionate about. Because we don't want to spend money on Marketing, we hope friends will spread the word about TONIC and allow more action to take place.
It's all about making choices when you exercise your purchasing power and getting a good product back.
- Every TONIC cause has a calculable goal - what happens when that goal is reached?

Every season, four times of the year, TONIC will release a new set of exclusive limited edition goods to match specific causes. We plan to work with riveting and inspiring designers to create stylish products that represent your action and supporting a cause.
Once we have met that goal, the product will no longer be available but we will archive our cause and move on to the others we are then able to support.
We want to work on long-term goals too! Step by step we will get there.
- What are the size specifications of the TONIC Tees?

We have used different manufacturers and suppliers for each range of T-shirts so the measurements vary per collection. For women's sizes, bust is measured just under the arms, and length is measured from the top of the neckline to the bottom of the T-shirt.

- I do not live in the US, can I still order my TONIC Tee?

Of course! TONIC is a global company and can ship to most international addresses serviced by the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- How are TONIC Tees made?

We like nature so we want to keep our tees produced with a material mix of 70% bamboo and 30% cotton.
We have ensured that our suppliers adhere to fair labor and environmental best practices at every stage of production. Both suppliers produce comfortable T-shirts that are sustainable and do not harm the environment. They utilize fabrics with low impact dyes and non-azo fixing agents and ensure no heavy metals are used in their dyes. They also adhere to ensure sweatshop-free certification.
There are two suppliers we feel embrace the values of what we are trying to achieve in all TONIC projects - HTnaturals and ONNO Textiles.
PLENTY MAGAZINE is 85-100 percent recycled and contains 20-30 percent post-consumer material.
- What are accepted methods of payment for my TONIC goods?

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- What is TONIC'S return policy?

Because we are serious about what we do, we hope you will also be sure about the products you choose. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any items on our site.
As you know, a large portion of the revenue generated from the sale of our products goes directly to worthwhile causes. TONIC has committed to providing those funds from all sales to our non-profit partners.

- What is TONIC's exchange policy?

If you have received the wrong product or a defective product, we offer a 30-Day Exchange Policy.
Please contact Tonic Customer Service as soon as you identify the problem with your order to ensure that your exchange is processed properly.
Due to the limited quantities of our T-shirts, exchanges must be resalable, free of any noticeable wear or damage, and must not have been worn or washed. Nothing dirty please! We will accept all items that are verified as resalable or defective and post-marked within 30 days from the day you received your purchase.
If you would like to make an exchange, please gather the following information and send back to TONIC:
- A copy of your packing slip with a reason for your exchange
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- The replacement item(s) you would like to receive
- A valid email address so we may send you a confirmation email when your exchange is processed
Exchanges must be wrapped securely and returned postage pre-paid as we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are happy to refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. A replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original item(s) and verified the resalable or defective condition of the item(s). You should expect to receive your replacement item(s) within 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your original item(s).
